Free delivery on all Flowers Direct courier delivered gifts. Delivered on your chosen date between 7am and 7pm.



Flowers Direct - Next Day delivery


Free delivery as standard, order before 3pm Sun - Fri for delivery the next day.


We do not recommend courier deliveries to Hospitals or Funerals.



Interflora - Same Day delivery


Orders for flowers delivered via an Interflora florist for same day delivery order before 3pm Monday to Saturday. Subject to availability.



Flying Flowers - Traditional Flowers


Flying Flowers are a leading floral retailer offering great value since 1981.


These gifts are delivered via post or courier and will arrive in a Flying Flowers gift box, complete with a personal message card, flower food, and care instructions. Next day delivery available on orders before 3pm.



Packaging


No matter what you order, we take great pride in ensuring your gift reaches your loved one in tip-top condition. Once prepared, your gift will be carefully wrapped and placed into packaging designed for a stable journey to that special someone. Every gift receives a check by a member of the team before it's deemed fit for your loved one.


Designs from the Flying Flowers range will be delivered in their bright signature packaging.


Items from our Interflora range are delivered by hand using local, expert florists – no packaging, just immediate ´wow´ from the moment they open their door.


Flowers may be delivered in bud in order that they arrive in the best possible condition - ready to burst in to bloom - for your loved one to get even more time to enjoy their splendour!



Your personal message


What you say is often just as important as the gift itself. When ordering, tell us the message you'd like to send (on the 'delivery' page) and these special words will be printed onto a message card, delivered with your gift.



Flowers for Weddings


When it comes to wedding flowers, these need more of a personal touch. Whilst we won't be able to deliver the flowers ourselves, we'll happily put you in touch with a trusted local Interflora florist - just email customerservice@flowersdirect.co.uk



Businesses


Please remember that we make these deliveries to reception. The signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery. To guarantee delivery during working hours, please choose Flowers by Florist


Please include the company name and address of the recipient.



Universities


Please remember that we make these deliveries to reception. The signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery.


Please include the university name, address and the department of the recipient.



Hospitals


Please remember that we make these deliveries to reception. The signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery.


  • It is up to the Hospital's discretion whether to accept fresh flowers. Either check with the Hospital or choose another gift, or choose flowers to welcome them home when they are out of Hospital.

  • Please include the recipient's surname, full address of the Hospital and ward name or number.

  • We do not recommend delivery to a Hospital by Courier - so, if you choose to send flowers we suggest selecting from the Same Day delivered range.

  • We recommend hand-tied bouquets or vase arrangements delivered in water, because display area and vases are not always available in Hospitals.

  • Hospitals cannot accept plants due to the soil.

  • Hospitals do not permit flower deliveries to Intensive Care Units; however some hospitals will place flowers outside the ward for the benefit of visiting families.

  • Orders will be delivered to the Hospital reception; the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery.


Hotels


When ordering just tell us the hotel's name, address, telephone number, the guest's name and (if you know it), their room number.


If you are sending honeymoon flowers, please give the surname they are checking in with.


Orders will be delivered to the hotel's reception, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery.


Some hotels may not accept courier delivered items. So, please check with the hotel before ordering.



PO Box and BFPO addresses


If you're sending flowers for delivery to a PO Box or BFPO address, please email customerservice@flowersdirect.co.uk where we'll happily take your order.



Confirm delivery


We'll send you an email on the morning of your delivery date, to confirm that your order is out for delivery. While we currently can't tell you exactly when the gift has been delivered (we're working on it), be assured that delivery dates are guaranteed.



Amend an order


Let us know if you want to amend your order, we do everything we can to help, if it's already out for delivery please understand that this may be difficult.



Cancelling your order


Email customerservice@flowersdirect.co.uk


If you can, please give 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date. Otherwise we cannot guarantee we can cancel the delivery (as it may already be out for dispatch).
